If a robot could possibly be cuter than the old Aibos, it’s this one.
And yes the title of this post is in jest – I talked with someone familiar with the robot and he said they’re pretty immobile.

TT-UT Austin Villa’s goals in the US Open Semi-final vs CMU
TT-UT Austin Villa’s 2nd goal vs CMU
TT-UT and UPenn were tied 1-1 after regulation time. After a nailbiting series of penalty kicks, AustinVilla emerged victorious, with 3 penalty kick successes to UPenn’s 2. Video of everything will be up in the coming days as everything gets edited, uploaded, etc.

Bowdoin College Northern Bites takes fourth place in the US Open after falling (literally) to CMU. CMU is officially in third place. The first and second place game will be held at 2:30 between TT-UT and UPenn.
AustinVilla just beat CMU in the first round of semi-finals. They will be playing again at 2:30 pm in the first-second place match.
CMU will be playing at 1:30 in the third-fourth place match.
Bowdoin will be playing at 11 am against UPenn. The live stream should be working now – http://hollywood.bowdoin.edu/athletics-live.sdp

Sorry I didn’t put this up last night; pool play is now over and the semifinals have begun.
It’s currently half time of the TT-UT vs CMU semi-finals game. Current score is 0-0
We lost to AustinVilla in the last game of our pool play.
Tomorrow is semi-finals and finals, which we’re looking forward to.
All of the videos that I shot are edited and exported; just trying to find a place to upload them. When that’s done, I’ll let you all know where you can find them.

After a rough match with many robots falling and breaking, we lost to UPenn 1-0. For much of the game we had no working robots on the field; we’re scrambling to get some working robots in time for our match at 4PM.
