Through their annual business competition and accelerator program, they connect cleantech startups with the people and resources that will accelerate their success, and provide a national platform for public visibility.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>You will hear from <a href=\"https:\/\/northeast.cleantechopen.org\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Cleantech Open Northeast<\/strong><\/a> leaders and learn more about how the program can help you grow your cleantech venture, expand your businesses&#8217; services to young companies, or mentor entrepreneurs looking to solve our biggest environmental and energy challenges. In addition, you will hear from business owners who successfully competed in the Cleantech Open last year.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pressherald.com\/2016\/10\/28\/belfast-tech-company-selected-to-compete-in-national-clean-energy-competition\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Last year<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0two Maine companies,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.deltadewatering.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Delta Dewatering<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/fewoodenergy.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">F.E. Wood Natural Energy<\/a>\u00a0were semi-finalists, and<span style=\"color: #200000\">\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.surgehydro.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Surge Hydro<\/a><\/span>\u00a0was one of four regional winners, and was awarded a recognition at the national competition in California!
