Kelly Sea State Lecture Series<\/em>, &#8220;Motion of the Ocean.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the series, our speakers will reflect on the many ways water moves \u2014 predictably and unpredictably \u2014 and how communities respond.
