You will be a stellar verbal communicator with infectious enthusiasm who shares our vision for a sustainable world.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ignore-global-css\"><strong class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">WHAT YOU&#8217;LL DO<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ignore-global-css\">\n<li class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">Increase awareness and participation in the Maine Green Power program by approaching customers, delivering pitches, and discussing program benefits<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">Meet minimum enrollment rate<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">Perform community outreach through door-to-door canvassing in local neighborhoods and at events and storefronts<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">Set up events displays, tents, banners, and booths<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">Complete administrative duties following each shift<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">Adhere to robust customer service and safety standards<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">Meet with the regional outreach coordinator and attend team meetings\/trainings<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ignore-global-css\"><strong class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">WHAT WE&#8217;LL NEED FROM YOU<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ignore-global-css\">\n<li class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">Sales, event staffing, and\/or canvassing experience preferred, but not required<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">Comfort approaching and talking to people<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">Ability to work 10-20 hours per week including evenings and weekends<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">Ability to carry up to 50 pounds and walk\/stand up to five hours at a time in unpredictable weather conditions with reasonable accommodation<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">Access to reliable transportation, computer, personal email account, and cell phone required<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">Special consideration given to multilingual candidates<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ignore-global-css\"><strong class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">WHAT YOU\u2019LL GET<\/span><\/strong><br class=\"ignore-global-css\" \/><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">When you work for us, there&#8217;s plenty in it for you:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ignore-global-css\">\n<li class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">Starting at an expected $16.45 per hour, including $12.70 base wage + an estimated $3.75 in commissions<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ignore-global-css\"><span class=\"ignore-global-css\">Rapid promotions awarded for stellar performance;
