Abstracts can be submitted online <span class=\"gmail_default\">through the <a href=\"https:\/\/na01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com\/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fumaine.edu%2Fmitchellcenter%2F2019-conference%2Fposter-session-2019%2F&amp;data=02%7C01%7Cejohnson%40bowdoin.edu%7C376d195fef6841669bf108d68c7443de%7C984e32e5f98a4600aa3227c3f948abe3%7C1%7C0%7C636850829431972902&amp;sdata=jnIZdLhbd2Gb6hx%2BcguVL5WFLgzif2n6HgzIYG4ygjI%3D&amp;reserved=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">conference website<\/a>. This year, the juried poster competition will include three judging categories: graduate, undergraduate and high-school.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Posters invited for display will address one or more aspects of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i><b>Water quality\/quantity.<\/b><\/i> These may include chemical, biological, hydrological, and geochemical aspects of surface and ground waters, and their policy and economic implications.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"gmail_default\"><i><b>Sustainability.<\/b><\/i> <\/span>These may include implementation and evaluation of policies and practices that promote economic development while protecting ecosystem health and fostering community well-being.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 2019 Maine Sustainability and Water Conference, held in the Augusta Civic Center in Augusta, Maine on March 28th, is calling for student poster submissions.
