Based on a true story, the film depicts a youth lacrosse team that was set up to help combat an epidemic of youth suicide in the Inuit community of Kugluktuk, Nunavut.<\/p>\n<section class=\"event-detail-meta\" aria-label=\"Time\"><span id=\"dt-t\">7:00 PM \u2014 9:00 PM<\/span><\/section>\n<section class=\"event-detail-meta\" aria-label=\"Location\"><span id=\"dt-loc\">Sills Hall, Smith Auditorium<\/span><\/section>\n<section class=\"event-detail-meta\" aria-label=\"Organization\"><span id=\"spn\">The Peary-MacMillan Arctic Museum &amp; Studies Center<\/span><\/section>\n<p>The film premiered at the 2018 Toronto International Film Festival.\u00a0In October 2018, de Pencier won the Directors Guild of\u00a0Canada\u00a0award for Best Direction in a Feature Film.
