From September – December 2022, Ella Beyreis provided support to ESOL teachers in building a circulating library for multilingual families. She helped sort French and Portuguese
titles, creating a searchable spreadsheet with photos and book codes.
Heather Meehan writes, “This will directly support home literacy for participating families, and importantly, it will encourage literacy development in our students’ home languages. Ella, thank you again for your volunteerism and support of your multilingual community.”
