The purpose of this research study is to compare two different online group treatments for tics:

1) a mindfulness-based program (Mindfulness-based Intervention for Tics or MBIT, for short), and

2) a psychoeducational and supportive therapy program (Tic Information and Coping Strategies or TICS, for short).

We hope to determine which treatment is more helpful for adults with a tic disorder.

We have created this page to provide new participants with information about the study and our team, and to support current participants and study alums.

We are currently enrolling participants.
