Maine Water Environment Association (MEWEA) focuses on ‘promoting professional environmental management practices to protect and improve the waters and related environments of the State of Maine’.
MEWEA is holding a fall conference at Sunday River on Thursday, 9/21 with presentations by the MEDEP, wastewater operators, engineers, etc that we are offering emission for up to five students to on Thursday, September 21st. I know that it is a trek from Bowdoin, but I thought that students could potentially be interested to see some environmental professionals in the real world.
