Stewart Gillmor, professor of history and science emeritus at Wesleyan University, will
mark the donation of his Soviet polar clothing to the Arctic Museum with an engaging talk about the fourteen months he spent as the only American at the Soviet Mirny Station in Antarctica, studying ionospheric physics.
