The Conservation and Land Management Internship Program & The Graduate Program in Plant Biology and Conservation

The Chicago Garden and Northwestern University are are currently seeking qualified applicants (post graduation) for opportunities to advance their education and careers in conservation.

Conservation Land Management (CLM) Internship Program is currently seeking applicants for over 85 paid  internships to assist professional staff at the Bureau of Land Management, National Park Service, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Forest Service, and U.S. Geological Survey. Internships are primarily located in one of 13 western states including Alaska. Each internship is unique and may focus on botany, wildlife, or a combination fo the two, Projects may include: collecting, seed for restoration and conservation purposes, collecting data on threatened and endangered species and habitats, performing surveys for invasive species, among many others. Applicants with strong botanical skills (plant ID) are especially encouraged to apply! Graduate Program in Plant Biology and Conservation
The Plant Biology and Conservation (PBC) Graduate Program is a collaboration between Northwestern University and the Chicago Botanic Garden.
