Thais and Cobra developed this project to allow students to visualize the Easter Island Moai Heads, to scale, using Augmented Reality (AR) features and their school-issued iPads. They collaborated with Professor Willi Lempert of the Anthropology department to develop a way to convey the enormity of the heads to the students in his class, Oceania: Indigenous Sovereignty and Settler Colonialism. This work paves the way for future use of school-issued technology and AR to serve as an accessible and convenient learning aid.
